nDetail Job Description:
àPlans and supervises the activities of a manufacturing shift performing the material handling, build, test, and inspection of products
àReviews production and test schedules, material resources, test equipment and resource requirements
àReview and update manufacturing capacity plan for the assigned manufacturing area
àPlans, develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing methods, processes, operations and equipment for new and existing products
àInitiate and implement programs to reduce labor hours and manufacturing cycle time as well as implement quality improvement program to drive to achieve zero defect
nEducation:
àBS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
nSkills:
à5+ years' experience in Mfg. management experience
àStrong communication skill and Presentation skill
àTeam work & leadership skill… team build-up and people coaching
àMicrosoft office skill and Average English skill.
àWell trained and excellent execution ability in Project management task execution
àSemiconductor equipment knowledge is a plus.
àcould support the 2nd shifts running (16:00PM ~ 01:15AM)
